Notarized,
wherever you are.
JChan Notary Services brings the seal to your home, office, hospital, or closing table across Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio — so signing the documents that matter fits your schedule, not the other way around.
A calm, careful hand for the documents that matter.
JChan Notary Services is an independent mobile notary practice serving Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and their surrounding communities. The idea is simple: signing important documents shouldn't mean rearranging your whole day. So I bring the notarial seal to you.
Whether it's a loan closing at your kitchen table, an advance directive at a loved one's bedside, or an affidavit you need handled before the workday starts, I show up on time, prepared, and discreet. Every signature is properly identified, journaled, and sealed in line with Texas law.
You'll always know the cost before we begin, you'll receive an itemized receipt, and you'll never feel rushed.
A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures. I am not an attorney and cannot prepare legal documents, select forms, or give legal advice. For those needs, please consult a licensed Texas attorney.
What I can notarize for you.
Bring the unsigned document and a valid photo ID — I'll handle the rest. These are the documents clients ask for most.
